Andrew leads the IT Service Delivery team, responsible for the IT infrastructure and support services, maintaining business continuity 24 hours a day, across our global offices . His team specialises in ITservice desk services, physical and virtual desktop support, network management, server and cloud management, data storage, digital media, audio-visual and procurement services. Prior to joining Foster + Partners he held global IT infrastructure leadership roles in the automotive and financial services sectors, where he developed his passion for customer and service excellence.
