Emily is the Strategic Development Partner and a member of the Partnership Board where she is responsible for developing Foster + Partners' strategic objectives and the practice's global presence. Since joining Foster + Partners in 2001, Emily has delivered many large-scale projects in Singapore, UAE and China - from concept design to completion. She led the Foster + Partners' Shanghai and Hangzhou studios from 2011 to 2023. Emily’s experience working across several countries on projects such as the Bund Finance Center and the Supreme Court Singapore, has inspired her approach to design; encouraging creative, innovative, and sustainable solutions that are contextually relevant. Emily enjoys meeting and collaborating with people from different nationalities and professions and is always seeking new challenges.
