Michael joined the practice in 1997 working in the central support team in London. He helped to establish many of the soft services and document control procedures for the practice, transitioning the practice from analogue systems to digital workflows in the late 1990s to early 2000s. He continued building the services as the company expanded and today heads a global facilities team of over 70 staff. Michael is a sustainability champion and this reflects in all aspects of the facilities team.
