Xiaonian is a partner in our Structural Engineering Group and has over 23 years' experience in structural analysis and design of a wide spectrum of structures worldwide, having worked for 14 years in the Advanced Technology Group at Arup. He has served in the CTBUH Seismic Working Group and Review Panel on performance-based seismic design guideline documents of tall buildings. Since joining the practice in 2011 as a Partner, he has led the successful delivery of structural analysis and design of several high profile, large and complex projects.
