As a UK company employing more than 250 employees, we are required to publish our Gender Pay Gap (GPG).
Gender pay gap reporting includes government defined statistics for a “snapshot” of employee pay in April including:
- Gender (Salary) pay gap median and mean
- Bonus pay gap median and mean
- Percentage of employees receiving a bonus (using bonus paid 12-months prior to April)
- Headcount distribution by pay quartile
Gender pay gap measures the difference between the median and mean (average) salary and bonus of men and women irrespective of job or seniority.
- The difference between these values is directly impacted by representation of women in senior higher paying roles.
Equal pay focuses on pay differences between men and woman performing the same or similar work, or work of equal value.
In addition to required gender pay gap statistics, we include information on factors influencing our pay gap as well as actions we are taking to reduce the gap.
We are an inclusive employer committed to continuing to build on and embed existing initiatives within the practice to champion, develop and retain our talented female colleagues and make continued incremental improvement on our gender pay gap journey.
