Each part of the Molteni&C Still furniture range is designed to function independently, as well as part of a coherent set.
The collaboration between Foster + Partners and Molteni&C began on a previous project with a subsidiary company, Dada. The design was driven by a demand for a complete range of products that were both visually compatible and formed a coherent series when arranged together, yet could also work as individual pieces. Each product in the Molteni&C Still range has its own unique identity. Following the brief, the key elements of each piece can also be pre-finished and stored - this means that they can be tailored quickly and efficiently to suit the requirements of each customer. The full series of residential furniture is to be further developed and will eventually include beds, dining room tables and dining chairs.
